Business coaching designed specifically for independent Pilates studio owners.

Hi, I’m Kim,

You opened your Pilates Studio because you love teaching, but business building wasn't part of your teacher training and for a while, you've grown your studio with a work ethic that others truly admire, but you know isn't sustainable.

You've hit a plateau, you're starting to question your life choices and you're worried because your enquiry calls have slowed to a trickle and getting more clients (or managing the one's you have) is getting harder and is asking too much of you.

What's more, you're competing against Reformer Franchises where the teaching and quality of work makes you a bit queasy, where profit trumps integrity and trying to have the conversation with prospective clients about the different 'styles' of Pilates (diplomatically) is getting exhausting.

You're at the point where you think you might try something different, but part of you isn't ready to give up yet.

Here's where I can help: I help ambitious but burnout Pilates Studio owners that have hit a plateau in their business move to the next level. Whether it’s growing their team and studio offerings, finding more revenue in their business (without working longer hours) or learning to feel more confident in their role as a business owner and leader.

I help you go from overwhelm and uncertainty to feeling clear and excited about taking the next steps in the growth of your business.

The Pilates Studio Success Framework

As a Pilates studio for over 11 years, I have found that most challenges inside a studio can be traced back to one of six core systems.

When one of these systems is unclear or under-developed, the studio often begins to feel reactive, inconsistent, or overly dependent on the owner.

When these systems are strong, the studio becomes more stable, more sustainable, and easier to lead.

The FREE Studio Clarity Snapshot is a short diagnostic designed to highlight which of these six systems may need attention first.

I have created a custom GPT, designed specifically for the purpose of the snapshot

Step 1 — Answer a few questions about your studio

You will respond to a short series of questions covering the six core areas of a Pilates studio business, including client retention, marketing clarity, revenue structure, and leadership.

The questions take around five minutes to complete.

Step 2 — Receive a personalised studio assessment

Based on your responses, the Snapshot identifies the area of your studio that may currently need the most attention.

You will receive a short summary explaining what may be happening inside that part of the business and why it matters.

Step 3 — Understand your next strategic step

The assessment will highlight one area where strengthening structure or clarity could support the long-term stability of your studio.

From there you can decide whether to explore that area further or continue refining the systems already working well.

Where does your studio need the most attention right now?

All answers remain confidential and are never shared.

By completing this Snapshot you will receive your Studio Clarity summary and occasional emails from Kim Paxton Coaching with insights for Pilates studio owners.
